HIGHLIGHTS
The Latham Hotel received a complete gut renovation to the interior spaces from ground lobby level up to the penthouse. Two schemes were explored for the lobby interior: one with the focal point being a monumental chandelier, and the other with a glass fireplace and lit metal clock with the former scheme winning the client’s preference.
